Taxes!!!!

So, Discover offers me 20% off Turbo Tax if I use my Discover card to pay for it. Okay, that works for me. So I navigate to the website and find that Web 2.0 technology is in play and yes, I can do my taxes with Turbo Tax but I have to do it online. Well, I'm not best pleased but the days are marching on and it is time to get this yearly ordeal over with so I begin. Now, the server is too busy for my input to happen. These growing pains are incredibly frustrating. If the company is going to make you do it online instead of just downloading the software, it needs to be prepared for surges in usage. Pain in the neck!
